Any change can be a challenge for many children,  particularly those who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.  Here at Warren Wood, we always endeavour to ensure that we prepare our pupils for planned changes as far in advance as possible.  A smooth transition for pupils who are entering, moving up or leaving the school is a high priority for us all and we work closely with the pupils and their parents and carers to ensure there are many opportunities to visit the new classroom and get to know the other pupils and staff.  Please see our Transition Policy which can be found in the file of policies by clicking on the following link:
