On behalf of the pupils, staff, school community and the Inspire Trust, we are delighted to welcome you to our school.
At Warren Wood our vision: Together we learn. Together we thrive is at the heart of everything we do. We create an environment where every pupil can flourish and succeed by working collaboratively, both in the classroom and beyond. We are also guided by our ARC values: Aspiration, Respect, and Connection. These values shape our school community and everything we strive for.
As part of our commitment to ensuring our pupils can thrive we focus on our key curriculum drivers which underpin our approach to teaching and learning. These drivers guide how we equip our pupils with the skills they need to succeed both in school and in life beyond.
Our curriculum drivers are:
We are committed to fostering a learning environment that is inclusive, nurturing, and forward-thinking. Our ethos is built on these values and we aim to support each child to reach their full potential, both academically and personally. We believe that communication is key and value our partnership with parents and carers. We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication to ensure that everyone is kept informed and involved in the educational journey of our pupils.
I am incredibly proud of our school – from the dedication and expertise of the staff to the positive and welcoming atmosphere that shines through every part of our school culture. Our pupils are truly at the heart of everything we do, and their energy, enthusiasm and achievements make us all incredibly proud.
As part of our strong connections within the Inspire Trust, we are able to draw upon the expertise, skills and knowledge of the wider trust and central team. This allows us to provide the highest levels of education and care for all our pupils, ensuring their success and well-being. As part of our wider school network, we work closely with Aegir and other schools in the local area to ensure our pupils have access to the best possible opportunities. This collaboration helps strengthen our sense of belonging and enriches the learning experience for everyone. This includes up to date and research based training for our staff ensuring a strong CPD offer and utilising staff strengths and skillsets.
