Impact:
All pupils will have a recognised, respected and valued voice at Warren Wood. This will empower pupils to participate in learning, contribute to decisions, engage with others and feel genuinely heard. Pupil voice is actively promoted through a range of inclusive communication strategies that ensure every pupil can express themselves meaningfully. Tools such as Makaton, AAC devices, visual aids and personalised communication plans provide pupils with clear and consistent methods to share their needs, preferences and feelings. Staff are able to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues and body language to respond sensitively and effectively.
