Admissions to Special Schools must be compliant with the Children and Families Act, the Education Act 1996 and in liaison with the appropriate Local Authority. In almost every case, pupils admitted to Warren Wood – A Specialist Academy will need an Education, Health and Care Plan issued by any Local Authority within in England.
